Instructions for use
✔️ Make sure your nose is clean and dry.
✔️ Apply the tabs to the sides of your nose.
✔️ Then click the nose strip onto the tabs.
✔️ Remove after use and replace the tabs with every application.

1. Shipping Information
We ship our products via PostNL and DHL. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are indicative. Optimice is not liable for delays by the delivery service.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are clearly stated during the checkout process in the webshop.
3. Order Confirmation & Track & Trace
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code.
4. Not at home for delivery
If you are not at home for delivery, the delivery service will leave a message or the package will be delivered to a pick-up point.
5. Return Policy (Free return)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
Return costs are borne by Optimice.
We will reimburse the return costs if you use our return procedure.
Conditions for returns:
• The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging
• Digital products are excluded from the right of return
6. Return Procedure
Register your return via Info@weoptimicelife.com stating your order number. After registration, you will receive a return label or further instructions by email.
7. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, the full purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method.
8. Damaged or incorrect delivery
Have you received a damaged product or an incorrect delivery? Please contact us within 48 hours via Info@weoptimicelife.com and send photos if possible.
9. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Digital products (e-books)
• Hygienic products if the seal has been broken

That is why we developed a subscription, so you are always stocked with fresh refills and your breathing, recovery and performance stay at their best.
This makes it easier to stay consistent and get the most out of yourself.
You can choose a subscription that automatically delivers new refill packs, matched to your usage.
For normal use (once a day, such as during sleep, sports or work) you need about 1 refill pack per month.
For intensive use (multiple moments per day) we recommend 2 refill packs per month.
You can choose delivery every 1, 2 or 3 months and adjust or cancel your subscription at any time.
Yes, the tabs are designed for strong adhesion and stay firmly in place during sleep and intense activities.
Without tabs you cannot use the nose strip. That is why we recommend ordering a refill pack in time or using a subscription.
