We ship our products via PostNL and DHL. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times are indicative. Optimice is not liable for delays by the delivery service.

3. Order Confirmation & Track & Trace
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code.

4. Not at home for delivery
If you are not at home for delivery, the delivery service will leave a message or the package will be delivered to a collection point.
