The intake

After you sign up, we will start with a personal intake. The goal is to get a clear picture of who you are, where you are now, and what you want to achieve.

Beforehand, you will fill out an intake form in which we chart your lifestyle, training, nutrition, recovery, and mental load. This gives us a good basis for the conversation.

During the online intake interview, we discuss your background, challenges, and ambitions. Together, we formulate realistic goals and determine what you need to make safe and sustainable progress.

This intake forms the basis of your coaching trajectory. Fully tailored to your body, your life, and your pace.

CREATING INSIGHT

The analysis

After the intake, we will further assess your body and lifestyle. We analyze your training level, load capacity, recovery capacity, and daily routines such as sleep, stress, and nutrition.

Where necessary, we examine movement patterns, technique, and breathing to understand where improvements can be made. This gives us clear insight into what your body needs to develop safely and effectively.

This analysis forms the bridge between your goals and an approach that truly suits you.

Optimice originated from my personal quest for physical strength, mental resilience, and sustainable recovery. As a certified vitality coach, I combine knowledge from training, nutrition, and lifestyle with practical experience from demanding environments where performance was under pressure.

My background as a soldier taught me what happens when body and mind are out of balance. It was there that I discovered the impact of cold therapy, breathing, and mental training. Not as quick fixes, but as structural tools to become stronger, function under stress, and recover faster.

Today, I apply that experience in my coaching. No standard programs, but personalized trajectories where we work on strength, focus, and control. Everything I implement, I have personally tested, experienced, and refined in practice.
