Fill your ice bath with the Optimice cooling elements and let the water reach the desired temperature. Ensure a calm environment and take a moment to calm your breathing before stepping into the ice bath.
Enter the ice bath calmly and take your time to settle in. Focus on calm, controlled breathing and stay connected to your body. Remain in the bath for as long as it feels comfortable and manageable, without forcing it.
Step out of the ice bath and keep moving for a short while to warm up your body. Dry yourself off, have a warm drink, and feel how energy and focus slowly return.
